Thanks Boulder for clarifying my doubts.

Thanks Boulder.  Maybe I was confusing the TFCH (which requires 100% attendance...along with 90% successful homework completion) with getting the lecture cds.

My employer is going to pay for Becker, so I appreciate the offer PMK2007.  I'm just trying to decide whether I want to watch the lecture cd's in a classroom or at home!

I hope that we can at least ask questions of the proctor in class.

I have attended becker's classes and listened to their CDs at home. I think that home study is much much better. The advantage of live class if any is that you can get in touch with people studying the same exam as yours and that helps a lot. The proctors are helpful but the usual class is them putting on the lecture for you and you watching the whole thing with a small break in between. Might have questions which they will answer but its usually pretty clear by the time you go through the lectures which are very well designed. If you can put together a study group then the home study is the best way to go as your questions can be answered by another member of the group and you can answer theirs. Becker gives you email support if you run into anything you really need help with anyway so its not a big issue... you might have to wait for a day for their reply.

I got lecture CDs this weekend and I am trying to run it. The problem is there are many audio files which would not open in Real Player or Media Player. When I tried running them through real player, I got a message that I have to download Quick time player. The files open with quick time player, but I have to open each file individually. I cant open all audio files in the CD in one shot.

This is disturbing my flow during the lecture session. Please advise on how I can fix this.
