If your GPA is 3.5 or higher, that should definitely help you out. Don't be discourage because you're Chinese. I'm out in San Francisco and there are quite a few asians in the Big 4 out here. I think it all depends on the area. Try to work with the accounting organizations at school to network. Get some internships. If you are still in school, consider working at a smaller firm. Even experience at a smaller firm is a step in the right direction.

do they hire anyone form your school? i've talked with recruiters and most have limits on how many new hires they can hire each year and they focus on a core group of schools (usually partners and managers alma matters) and most online applications get ignored, your best chance is on-campus recruiting

My professor told me St.John's university has a lot of partners at Big 4, and yes, all of the big four recruit at my school. But my question is I heard a lot of international students(Chinese) got almost perfect GPA, but they can not even have an interview with the big four. Is it because of the visa problem?

perfect gpa can be a negative Big 4 would much rather see a 3.33 with lots of activities, showing your ability to spread yourself out over many projects and multi-task. It might be a matter of their communication skills and social abilities. Employers hire people who they want to be around for 8-10 hours a day.
I don't know much a bout visas but students requiring sponsorship might have less of a chance. (do employers have limmits on visa sponsorships?)
