I'm starting to think that the reason people are thinking that way is because this exam, more than the other 3, try to trick you with language. My favorite is how they go a whole question talking about unemployment, and then ask you what happens to the employment rate which is easy to figure out, but easy to overlook the subtle difference.
My advice is just take your time and read through with a fine tooth comb. Scoring that high on a practice exam you should be fine if you can relax.
