If you have reviewed 3 times already, then you already have a good grasp of the concepts- so any question they throw at you, you can answer. So at this time, you cannot plan to have the time to do the exhaustive review like you have done before. Say you had the time to review the textbook, your notes and then work the assigned MCQs and simulations the first time you were reviewing, this time around you might need to do a shorter review-get an overview of the module with your notes and then quickly go through the assigned MCQs. The idea now is to make use of the short term memory factor of the exam and go through all the modules rather than go into one module in depth. Now that you are closer to the exam, nerves kick in and you always feel like you know lesser than you ACTUALLY know. Believe me-when you are at Prometric taking your test, you will remember all the relevant topics in order to answer the question.
Hope that helps and feel free to ask if you have other questions.
