Hi, I just wanted to follow up on this thread and say that I finally passed all four parts of the CPA exam. I almost gave up on the exam, but I never did. I used Becker for AUD, BEC, and REG, and Yaeger for FAR. The hardest exam for me was FAR and I was failing using Becker. I decided to invest a couple hundreds of dollars in Yaeger for FAR and it was worth it. It might take a while, but if you are determined, then you will reach your goals. Best of luck to everyone currently taking this exam.

That is amazing! Congratulations! You are now a NY CPA WINNER!!!
I just got my results yesterday and am half way there. I'm going to make it. Hard to believe that over a year ago, the both of us were mourning over our pathetic scores and were ready to give up. Just goes to show that all of us can do this if we just put in the effort.
Congrats again!! Now go out and celebrate!!

I
believe the key is patience and confidence. Give yourself 2-3 months to study
for each part. When studying, be patient with yourself and be confident in
knowing that you WILL understand the material eventually and pass the test.
When reviewing, there may be certain areas where you feel that you’re just not
going to get it either because it’s too much information and/or it’s too
complex. Relax, you will get it. You may not get it today or tomorrow, but you
WILL eventually get it. Always believe that. In fact, the human brain works
that way. It’s all about practicing and studying. There isn’t anybody out there
that isn’t capable of passing these exams. It’s all about how determined you
are and how much you’re willing to keep on fighting until you make it.
