I agree that you need to improve your english. There are a lot of adult schools in LA that offer ESL classes for a lot less money. In the meantime...

If you need to take beginning accounting courses, the nearest community college is LACC. If you need to take advanced accounting courses, you can take those at UCLA Extension who hold classes in Downtown LA. If you are a CA resident for at least a year (?), then LACC will be less expensive. But if you are a new resident, then you might as well take your classes thru UCLA Extension. Google both for more information.
