Cleared BEC with 79. 3 papers down in 2 windows starting August in Middle East. Now, preparing for Audit in February 2012

Congrats sgaur on passing the exam!!

I read your earlier post in which you wrote that you are
using wiley and gleim software. you were scoring between
60-75% on the gleim software and found the questions very
challenging. I'm using wiley and gleim software as well
and facing the same problem. I'm scoring between 65-75%
on the gleim software and feel very discouraged. I'm
writing the exam on Jan 3,2012.

Please provide your valuable input on how i should
prepare better for the exam? your feedback and way of
studying because obviously it worked.

ZJ,

I was averaging the same way with Gleim software and on the real exam I do
better. Remember there are some questions on the real exam that are
considered difficult but they may end up being easy to you b/c you've done
so many while practicing.

Also, and this is not confirmed, I heard that some of the CPA exams on
Gleim are not longer used by the AICPA because they didn't meet the
standard.

Hi I am having my BEC exam in feb so wanted to know is it ok if i buy books from amazon of becker for 2011 and can you plz suggest me which books should i go for i mean becker,roger,willey....plz help me
