Thanks umbdude. I'll certainly look into that.

I had another question. When I was filling out the online enrollment
information, it asked for info regarding a counselor/advisor. Do we need
to have one in order to take a course? I just graduated from university
and I'm taking this course to fulfill CPA credit.

I'm worried about whether I should take LSU's course and hope to get it
done fast enough to be able to apply and receive my NTS in time to sit for
the October/November window. Or is it better to take UCLA's extension
course (currently it says it runs until September 22nd--no exceptions)?
That would be guaranteed that I wouldn't get my NTS in time to sit for
October/November, but if LSU's class ends up running too long as well, I
supposed it would be better to go with the more structured class?

What is the tuition fees, etc., for a non-resident for an online LSU 3 credit class?

$363 for all classes, I think.

I've just started taking Intermediate Accounting through LSU online. Just wondered if anyone else out there is pursuing the accounting certificate.
