Hi all

I'm planning to take my exam next year but doing some research on which state I shd join.  I first plan to join Colorado but my frd told me that some states will give out a certificate on passing all the papers.    However, I can't find any info ab that, say on the Washington site.

Do anyone of you know which states will give out the cert once passing all da papers?  Is there any expiry date on dat cert?
