I'm based in California.
The CPA board has received my application & remittance payment last week. The evaluation agency has sent the report. Is there a way I could check whether the board has received my transcripts & evaluation report ?

You can try to contact them directly but right now the CA state board is experiencing heavy applicant volume and additional delays based on CA state furloughs 3 Fridays out of the month for all state agencies so you can expect to wait about 8 - 12 weeks from the date you sent everything in at this point.
