i m really poor on the stockholders equity secn of the 7th chap in beckers....dnt seem to be gettin the logic/sense in the J/E's..

as in there r different APIC'S - as in for Common stock, treasury stok etc..the J/E's are complete not understandbl by me...the R/E and The APIC parts....

and similarly in the first chap i get confused wen to chng only the begn RE and wen there is prior pd chng and wen there is retrospective chng??

these three words mean the same fr me??:??:??

i know it may sound silly but i really need a clarfication with an example for the above doubts of possible..

i m really stressed out and dnt seem to be understandin it and makes me underconfident..have reviewed it over two times

on my first homework qn's soln for stockholders equity onli scored 30%....
