Hi  everyone on the forum!
Hope studying is going well! I plan on taking my FAR exam this august, and i am going to start studying from this weekend onwards...i have both the yaeger homestudy 2009 as well as Becker 2009. Since the material is so vast, i was wondering if i could just stick to doing the MCQ's in Wiley that is recommend by Yaeger and stop right there..i plan to only use Becker as a secondary reference source for material and simulations..however, i don't plan on doing the MCQ's from the passmaster..

Could you please advise me, if just doing the MCQ's recommended by Yaeger and skipping the rest, is adequate to be well prepared? I plan on skipping the material in the text that they don't go over as well..please help!

thank you!

goodluck with the studying everyone!

Get the Gleim study questions.  It's only $50 and there are a million with very good explanations of right and wrong answers.

I agree with your idea as long as you have the understanding and foundation of accounting down. (journal entries, plug numbers, etc.)

I watched their videos, made my own notecards that I reviewed every day whether wanted to or not, did the MCQ over and over and Sims, and 14.0 cd MCQ from Wiley.

Also, I'm using Gleim MCQ in BEC now and worknstudy is right, they are super challenging with great explanations.
