I'm using Becker for BEC.

1. Is Kaplan any good?

2. Where does Kaplan rank in comparision to Becker and the others?

What's your thoughts?

they were giving free bec course in march and i took one, before that i had plans to study from wiley but when i got their material i was impressed by it as compared to wiley and i sold my wiley and started preparing from kaplan.

Nobody on the forum ever says they prepared and passed the exam using kaplan except one or two...i have read the manual more than 3 times, listened to the videos, read their flash cards..and i have my exam on july 6...god knows what will happen.....

I got the free BEC and used it a bit but liked Becker better.  It was nice to use their online video archive on topics that Becker was not as clear on.  I listened to the audio CDs but it didn't really stick in my head too much.
The manual was so intense..

I liked Gleim better.  I didn't find Kaplan's video very user-friendly, but the note-cards were helpful.

hi cpa in  pa, how long have you been waiting for your application to be processed?  Also, how many sections did you sign up for when you initially sent in your application?  I am in PA also.  Thanks.
