Hello all,
Quick question - I am using Bisk and throughout all of
the lectures they are adamant about that fact that you do
not need to remember the formulas for present/future
value nor do you need to know the formula for the
present/future value of an annuity b/c the interest rate
factors (PVIF or PVIFA) will be given on the exam.
Is this true? Do your review materials state the same
thing? Reason I ask is that I just had a friend that sat
for BEC and said she was not provided with the
factors.

I saw no questions requiring a PV factor where the factor wasn't provided. It would be ludicrous to expect someone to come up with the factor themselves in an exam situation.
