I am taking REG for second time 8/7. I got a 74 the first time I took it 5/28. Also, I have an NTS for FAR that expires 8/4. I foolishly got my first NTS with all four parts. I am considering taking FAR 8/1 just to get a look at the exam. I am planning on taking FAR in Nov. Is it worthwhile to take FAR under these circumstances? I paid for it and will lose it if I don't use it.

Of course. If its going down the tubes anyway, you may as well give it a try. If nothing else, you'll get a feel for the makeup of the exam and learn your strong and weak points.
