With all that said, DBPR is a complete joke. I had to call the FICPA to get information about this topic. All I was told by DBPR was, "We cannot interpret rules. Please write a letter and petition the Board for clarification." They then directed me to the DBPR website. Um, that's why I called in the first place because the website is not exactly clear.

You add great value to the boards, I appreciate you looking into that because from my experience with DBPR they dont want to help anybody, just give you the run around.
