Although I wanted to believe, it is really taking a toll of me. I am so upset, so frustrated..like never before !@#$#$@%.

Next action - Considered and decided not to go for a score review, but rather spent same resources and retake.. 

I'm curious - what review program did you use and what where you scoring on the mcqs in your prep materials?

Don't blame you for being so frustrated/disappointed/mad as hell.  They have 3-5 versions of this test - one is easy mcqs with killer sims, the other is the exact opposite, and the others fall in between.  Your prep work is 80-90% of the equation.  The test you get on test day is the other 20-10% of the equation.  You will make it the next time.

Go out for a drink, cuss in the mirror, punch some pillows ... when ur vented pick up ur composure and start a really good review of the material. Ur almost there with a 74 which means ur study routine is on track, u just need to put a little more in and get this section out of the way.
