I will be sitting for my first section of the exam in July. Something I have been wondering about is the fee to re-take a section of the exam if you fail.

Do you have to pay the full fee again to retake a failed section?

Yep. In Miss. you are charged a re-examination fee ($75 per section). This is IN ADDITION to the normal fees that are charged for each section.
