Anyone know how exactly the recruitment process works for students in a MSA program when it comes to jobs/internships and if it differs from those in undergrad? I know that most programs only last about a year, so how would a MSA student present themselves if they haven't earned any grades in the master's program yet? Do they rely on their undergrad GPA? Also, do they usually get internships or do they go straight to a full time position? Lastly, does it make a difference whether they studied accounting in undergrad as well?
