Hi all,

I just finished F-3 consolidations and was about to move to F-8/9 Governmental / NFP accounting.

I've never studied these courses before and wanted your opinion on how many hours I should schedule for both chapters.

Appreciate your feedback.

It's difficult to say exactly how many hours you should study for those chapters. I would know those two chapters very well. They are heavily emphasized in the mcq section.

I did around 20 hrs in total work per chapter. I'm sure you could get away with less.

Is it correct that we will not have Sims on these two chapters ?

According to Becker that's true. I have friends taking other cpa prep courses and they heard the same thing.

I would still do the Becker sims for those two chapters. If you can do those simulations then you should be ok for the mcq.
