Is it true?

I keep reading about it.

So if I go to nasba.org and try to pay for my next exam, there is nothing there for me to purchase since REG was my last test.

Since it is the 12/13 already, is that a good sign and usually what other people experience who pass the last test too?

They may have it blocked where you cant purchase it because of the pending score.

I did read many times in the forums that it is the case on your last on your last exam.

This is not the case, the loophole only works after NASBA recieves the scores from the AICPA for that particular part, after that you can try to register for your last part again and it will give the you have passed all the CPA parts (so you will know that you have passed only few hours before your official score) I suggest that you do not rely on it and wait for your official score.
