Does Prometric provide pencil and paper?

I am a little confused by the info. in NTS.

The prohibited items list show that paper and pencil (not provided by Test Center)are prohibited.

Does it mean Test center does not provide paper and pencil either?

Prometric provides pencils and paper. All you have to bring to the test center is your NTS and two forms of identification.

You cannot bring your own pencil and paper.
