Hi ,
I'm a CPA candidate at the state of New Hampshire, I applied there
due to my course credits.
All what I need is just the wall certificate after passing the four
sections. I don't need to be licenced.
I was planing to transfer my exam credits to the state of California
after passing four sections, but California board said they stopped
issuing wall certificates.
My quistion is what is the easiest way to get wall certificate after
passing the exam. I do have more than 150 hrs of education and
more than 30hrs in accounting ..

I don't imagine any state issues wall certificates to "non-licensed" CPAs. Is a
piece of paper to hang on your wall that big a deal anyway? You could go to
Fastsigns and get a big banner that says you're a CPA. That will blow all the
other wall certificates away.

Check Alabama and Montana, as they are two-tier states so you can get "certified" from the exam before you are licensed to practice from work experience. I'm using AL and I don't think there is an ethics requirement, but they are slow to release scores, and may be slow with certificates. E-mail or call Anna Baker anna.baker@asbpa.alabama.gov.
