Can anyone tell me what are the steps to change a state to
transfer credit? I am currently taking exams under VA but
would like to change to GA; I have already taken two exams
under VA;

My recommendation would be to finish writing for VA and then once you
pass all four parts, transfer your grades into GA (you will have to make sure
that you meet their educational requirements). As you are probably already
aware, you can physically sit for the exam as a VA candidate in any
Prometric location including those in GA, all the best with your two
remaining parts, L.A.

I am planning on sitting for the exams in Nebraska in April and May where I currently reside but may be moving to Oregon later this year. Would you suggest me sitting for Nebraska exams in Nebraska even if I know I will be moving by then and then just transfer the credits? Or can I sit for Oregon exams in Nebraska?
