I have been studying very hard 12+ hours for the CPA exam coming up in three weeks.  I am studying myself into nausea but I am determined to pass the CPA exam.

I am an older student (50 years of age).  My GPA during my bachelors program was very low (2.4 out of 4.5) which is why I am determined to obtain the CPA with a high score.

If I do pass the CPA with a high score do you think that the Big 4 will accept me as part of their organization though I don't have experience and have a low GPA ?

Do you think my age will be a major factor in getting hired by one of the Big 4?
