So, I've decided to begin studying for the exam. I've ordered and rec'd the Becker review materials (books & course cds).

I am planning to take FAR first. When completing the application should I only register for FAR or at least sign up for two sections? Would I have to re-submit my application when applying for the other sections?

Also, for those who have already passed all four parts, how should I space out each section? For instance, if I take FAR first say in May when should I take the remaining sections (looking for a reasonable schedule since I am working full-time).

Thank-you in advance! :)

03shiv,

Depending on what state you're in, you need to pick what parts you are going to take in the next 6, 9, or 12 months. So if you are in a 6 month NTS state and sign up for (and subsequently pay for) all four parts within that period and cannot get them all done, you basically forfeit your fees.

So a good idea is to be realistic about your commitment - it's much cheaper to submit a reapplication fee (and quicker than your first app, thank goodness!) than it is to pay for exam parts that you don't end up taking.

Good luck to you!
