go to beckercpa.com for detailed explanation.  You need to install the main disk first.  The one that shows the "shell" of the Passmaster.  After that, try to go into the audit section.  Click on the homework.  It will ask for the audit data CD.  Make sure you click the save to computer box.  That way you don't have to put the CD in every time.  Good luck!

Thanks for the reply, one other question....... can you install the main disk on two computers at the same time or do you have to remove the main disk from the first computer and have it installed on the second computer ?
