Very quick. I think my experience might not apply to you since I am a experienced hire. Job agency got me the interview, I got the offer 1 hour after the interview. Because I've told them I need to make decison between other offers.  from what I experienced two years ago at campus intervew, not Mcgladrey tough, other top accounting firms, It takes a least 2-3 weeks to get back to you, it even takes 1 to 2 months for some of the firms.

I just started my 3rd year.  Training seems to be a huge focus.  I pretty much always have some sort of training on my schedule wether it is a week long group session or a webcast.  In my economic unit the partners I work for are all very accessible and seem to take care of their people.  People seem to move up the ladder at a reasonable pace.  The place seems pretty flexible as long as you get all your work done.

Hi Plugtwo,

Thank you for the info. Questions for you, do you get bonus for passing the exam and get reimbusement for exam fees? and how much is it. I am just curious about it and wondering if i am qualified for those bonus because i passed my three parts before I enter the firm.

You get $3,000 for passing the exam w/in eighteen months of your start date.  You can take the money up front for materials or after you pass.  I'm not sure how it works if you pass any parts before you start.  You would have to ask someone.
