I agree with passitalready that you should keep studying BEC. I was in a similar position and rescheduled BEC for Aug 3rd. So, I am going through the same thing.
My study plan for the next 4 weeks is to first take a final exam to get an idea where I stand. Then, read the chapters and lecture notes for a second time and work all the supplemental questions. Then, take the second final exam. Whatever time I have left will be to review weak areas and work mc questions.
How I cope with anxiety is to just to relax and learn one concept at a time. This gives confidence and a feeling of accomplishment. I would rather spend a half hour learning one concept "inside and out" than to speed through and not retain anything. If you still get stuck on something, just work hw questions several times. Then, move on to the next topic.
I would be curious to know what your study strategy will be for BEC.
