I don't remember where I read it..possibly the cpa-exam.org website, tx st. board website, or a thread on here. I don't know when but I would imagine within a year.

You are correct that the AICPA is merely DISCUSSING adding simulations into BEC and taking them out of the other sections.

It is pretty long but contains lots of relevant info about these and other changes.
