I work five days a week 7 to 3 after that I take a small nap until 5 then start my daily study session 5 to 8 after that I spend the rest of the day with my kids and to do home duty   like shopping and so, the must helpful reason that makes my keep going in my study is the wife cause she is taking care of the kids needs while I am studying so no one of them can disturb my during the study time. As for the gym I would say that I am in accountant shape ( fat ) so you can imagine when I go to the gym .

I also basically stopped going to the gym during the week I would just go on Saturday night and Sunday morning.

I am starting my studies this week.  Not looking forward to giving up my social life, or my work out routine.

Have you considered going to the gym in the morning?

When i come back home from work, I am always too tired to go to the gym. Even if i take an energy drink. So i just sleep earlier to be able to wake up for my morning workout.

Go to the gym at around 5am, do your workout, get to work at 8am, get home at 6pm and study for 3 hours until 9pm. Then sleep like around 10 pm or 11pm, so that you can be able to wake up for your morning workout.

Also, the gym is completely empty in the mornings so you don't have to wait in line for the machines.

That's how I planned it out for when I start studying to take the exam in January...
