Each NTS is only good for the exam sections you paid for.  Since you already paid for FAR, it was on your previous NTS, which means if you do not pass, you'll need to get a new NTS to retake it.

Some people like to wait to see how many sections they fail, then just get one new NTS will all the failed sections instead of paying for each one, but personally, I wanted a new one as soon as possible so that I could retake the exam in the next testing window.

Amber,

Thank you for the info. I agree that if I did fail I would want to take it as soon as I could.

In MA, I just re-registered for 2 exams and was charged nearly $550. that doesnt seem right to me. And I am getting a new NTS now..though my other one is still open?

Did I do something wrong?
