Try and Google the award yourself. You can't find anything out about what the actual scores are, just that the people who win it got the top ten scores in the nation.
I don't want to brag about my scores at all. 4 of my closest friends all got scores in the high 90s on all 4 exams, and we were all curious about our chances at winning the award. I could personally care less about what my scores are. I thought the exam was a complete joke, easy as hell. What I do care about, is that if I win the Elijah Watt Sells award, I get a nice bonus from my firm. That's how it works at the big 4.
I'm not gonna stoop to your level and insult the firm that you work for. I work from 9am to 6pm every day. And we are busy doing our 3rd quarter review right now, so whatever you heard about the hours is wrong.
Sorry that you can't read a legitimately interested post on this forum without getting bitter. Like I said, if you don't have a real answer to my question, I don't know why you bothered responding. I'm not looking for compliments, I'm looking for an answer about the award winners.

Pfgcpa, I think you should be proud of your scores. I was interested in
the award scores myself and couldn't find it quickly on Google either.
I did not think for a second that you were bragging and it's really too
bad that some other people did jump to that conclusion.

I haven't heard anything on this post in a while, and I just wanted to get it back to the front of the line so it would get peoples' attention.
Has anyone heard, preferably directly from an award winner, how high you generally have to score on the cpa exam to the top 10 in the nation and get the elijah watt sells award?

Oh and by the way, congratulations to you, pfgcpa. Even if you don't get the Elijah Watt-Sells award, you should be proud of your accomplishment and kicking your accounting career off with a great firm.
