As long as you are certified/licensed as a CPA with the AICPA, then nope.

Just wanting to make sure I understand the distinction between "certified" and "licensed."  Does "certified" mean one who has passed all sections, while "licensed" refers to one who has passed all sections, completed any requisite experience requirements, and has been licensed through a state board?

Certified - passed exam
Licensed - Obtained all necessary requirements including Exp.
