They also may look at your education history and driving records from what I remember -- I requested a copy of my report once :)

If they decide not to hire you based off of one of these reasons, I believe they have to inform you before they rescind the offer.

Can anyone elaborate on the verbage of the questions on the background check. i.e. "Have you ever been convicted" or "Have you ever been charged, accused or convicted of..."
