I didn't know they did a credit check, just a background check.
And if you're not sure if you have an arrest record, then don't worry. Even DUIs are often overlooked (as long as its the only thing on your record). This is from what the recruiter told me in casual conversation after my interview.

I think a previous thread talked about how bad credit isn't much of big deal for a big 4. They understand most entry level hires are college kids with a few bad blips here and there.

I think my start/end dates for a summer
job I had 4 years ago might be off by
about a month or so. When the big4 does
a back ground check ,will they rescind
my offer?

No. Just estimate the best you can. It isn't that big of a
deal for a college student's summer job...

Unless you have something major on this background check (lied about where you went to school, lied about a serious crime, some other huge omission) you have nothing to worry about
