I choose CPA because it will be related to your degree and also it is the most sought degree than doing MBA.

I asked one of our CFO's (my company have plenty we are huge) and he told me unless the company pay for your MBA I suggest you to go for the CPA licence.

Reasons: You would not recover the investment of an MBA overnight and even with a MBA you may still need a CPA licence in the long run for certain high positions.  

If you can afford MBA (time and $$ ) I would say go for it BUT I do not think it would make that much of a difference IF you are a CPA already.
