Hi,

I am from India and want to register for my CPA in Delaware. They require a US fed Taxation credit. I am not sure from where I should do that. Are all courses recognized or are there some pre-approved schools by Delaware.

You can get the US Federal Taxation course credit at a few institutions. Below are details for a course that will be accepted by DE Board, you will find more (probably cheaper) examples if you search the discussion board.

Institution: Elizabeth City State University (offered thru UNC Online)
Course Name: ACCT 335: Federal Income Taxation
Length: Self paced
Cost: $798 + textbook costs

do i have to take the US Fed Exam first in order to be
eligible to sit for DE CPA exam??

yes.. i think it is one of the requirements to have US Fed tax credits before you take the CPA exam...
