Try Louisiana State University's Independent and Distance Learning. Most courses are available at either Correspondence or Online at very reasonable amount $250 per course + Textbook. (Tip: Buy your textbook at Amazon.com or Half.com for much cheaper price).

I AM TOO PLANNING TO GET EVALUATION DONE BY FACS TO SIT
FOR DILAWARE STATE.
CAN ANY ONE LET ME KNOW HOW MUCH TIME IT TAKES FOR THE
EVALUATION TO BE DONE...
HOW MUCH TIME WILL THE COURSE IF PRESCRIBED BY THEM...
