Hi Rajib,

and yes if u are in India, to arrange for a proctor might be little cumbersome but in US you can ask any public library in your city to proctor and they would do it for free.

the course is starting from 2nd of Sep for the fall session and they will need you transcripts also.Contact the professor incharge and he will guide you.
