Oh, forgot to add, I found the actual AICPA Code of Conduct link to be helpful in addition to the materials in the handbook:

I just submitted my answers right now and it says:

Test Completed Successfully

Congratulations [ME], you have successfully completed the test:

"Professional Ethics for CPAs - Online"

You have earned 8 CPE Credits.

I guess this means I passed. My best advice is to get the online version. When you see the question, you can find a phrase that you can search for to help you find which section you're looking for. It may seem difficult, but all the answers are in there. Just keep searching. It took me a week & a half but I put a lot of time into it.

Log back into the CalCPA site, go to the My online link or whatever it is - it will show what % you got when you passed.
