Hi, newbie here, please be gentle. ;-)  I've been researching which program I should use for my CPA review and  I'm torn between Yeager and Roger.  Has anyone used both?  If so, which would you recommend?  I understand they both use Wiley but as far as the overall program is one better than the other?  I'm trying to find which program would be best for me...

Background:  I'm married with a 1 yr old.  Just finished MPA program.  Full-time accountant with possible over-time within the next few months for at least 1 year.  Will probably study 2 hours during the week and about 10-12 hours on weekends.  Looking to take FAR during the last window, probably as close to Nov. 30th as I can get it. HATE studying.  I think that's because I've never had to, things just have always clicked with me.

I know that this exam is in a different league which is why I'm looking for a good review.  Any suggestions as to which one would better fit my plan??

Some people here really like the Yeager cram program or whatever its called.  But I have not personally used either program.

I use Roger with Wiley and Bisk workbooks for the MC and sim questions only.  I love Roger's way of explaining things and he keeps it interesting for people like me that are easily distracted during a one hour lecture.  He provides his own workbooks which is why you only use Wiley and Bisk for practicing questions.  His material if very sufficient.  I went from a 42 to a 87 in REG by using his course and doing the homework he assigns.  You must do the homework, watching his lectures is not enough!!  You can watch a demo of his lecture online.  I highly recommend!

This is the main reason why I am considering Roger.  After working 9+ hours, cooking dinner, and putting the baby to bed I'm going to need something to keep my attention.

A 42 to an 87? That's incredible, congratulations!
