I just finished my exam (4/3) and found the first testlet to be really easy. Then the second and third testlets were ridiculously difficult. They tested the obscurities of just about every topic. SIMs were fairly straight forward. I literally spent 30 minutes to find one of the research passages with no success. Searched every key word under the sun and didn't find anything. Now...we wait!

You know you might be more lucky than you think. From all of my attempt I've noticed a trend (or maybe that is my impression) that the harder they get and if you got a ridiculously hard research component, then you will pass.
As for me I have a very bad feeling about my exam today. All three testlets seemed easy to me; and the research components were easy too. I don't know although I feel like I passed, the trend I've noticed says different. I've had it before with other sections -- when I thought I absolutely passed -- I didn't and when I thought I didn't pass -- I did. And all of my results conformed with the trend I described previously (seem hard -- passed; seem easy -- didn't pass, weird right?)
Now I'm so down in the dumps! Just thinking that I won't be able to take next take at the exam until July makes me want to wail !!!!

Thanks for sharing...but how can that be...if Becker and Gliem don't cover them, how are we expected to know the answer? I'm just a bit confused about this part...
I think it's not that they don't cover it; they probably do but it is so much that your brain just simply lost the information. Also, possibly Becker and Gleim do omit some info, knowing that it will be tested lightly but trust me you didn't miss much -- I took the college prep, and they do cover it the problem is - it won't do your much because you won't even remember it! That's based purely on my personal experience with studies.
