I used Becker mostly but did get the Gleim MC CD to supplement for REG.  I noticed that I had a very hard time with the Gleim MC questions there were written by the author, but did fine on the old CPA exam questions.  If at all possible, I would focus on the old CPA test questions - that's all that Becker uses.  The author's questions were really confusing, way too in-depth and didn't seem to be very well written.  Also, try printing out the newly released questions from NASBA!

It depends on when you first sat for the exam.  If the material is still fresh in your mind, I wouldn't spend too much time studying it all again.  With a 73, you were pretty close to passing so it shouldn't require too much extra time to get there.

When it comes to BEC, I would wait until you finish REG.  Switching back and forth between subjects might make it harder because you give yourself more time to forget what you've already learned.
