Jwelmel, after taking a few days off now that the exam is behind me, I"m getting my motivation back.  It's nice not feeling the heavy pressure to study and I find that I'm actually missing it (yes, I know I'm crazy).

I'm probably going to start studying for FAR next week some time after I get caught up on all the things I put off while studying for BEC.

Here is the question, in which, I think you need to really understand the wordings.

"To prevent interrupted information system operation, which of the following controls are typically included in organizations disaster recovery plan?"

a. Backup and data transmission control

b. data input and downtime control

c. backup and downtime control

d. disaster recovery and daya procedure controls.

My first guess was a. but the answer is c. Since question says interrupted IS, thus it should be downtime control. 

I found lot of these kind of questions. Hope, this time I was clear.

My advice, and this isn't going to be easy, is try to forget about the other things focus on the task at hand.  I like to worry about things within my control.  The economy is not in my control, but the exam is. 

If necessary, maybe you want to consider pushing the exam back to a time when you may feel less tense about other things in your life and can focus better. 

If you are having trouble sleeping, there are numerous websites that may give you tips on how to lessen the anxiety at bedtime and get some good night's sleep.
