After a whole day's studying on Chapter 7 (took a day off from work), I'm finally ready to start the "final review." I'm planning to go through the notes, redo the past MCs, and do the final exams. I'm using Becker only. How many hours does it take on average? I'm thinking if I need to ask for more days off before next Monday. If I don't, I'll have probably 16-20 hours of studying to do the final review...is that too little? Anybody has any suggestions?

It's my first exam...Please help~~~~~~~~~~~~~~!!!

As you can see by my signature, I haven't taken REG yet, but I've taken a few other exams, so I'll tell you what I did for those. I basically spent a full week reviewing everything I've already done as much as possible. I tried to go through the sims at least once just so I could get a good idea of what to expect. If I had more time, I'd spend it on multiple choice questions because I felt it was the best use of my time. I didn't re-read the book or spend much time on it because I'm more of a hands on and visual learner. I would say that during my last week, I only did multiple choice and sims, and probably spent 20 or so hours on them. Personally, I'd take extra days off work if you have vacation time or can take time off. It's not going to hurt you to go over any last minute details you want to review.

Thank you ms500 and going4it, your replies are very much appreciated. Today is not good, I couldn't help it and took a two-hour nap after dinner...I just couldn't help it, I was too tired. I think I'm going to take two days off before the exam...

Good luck to both of you on your exams and thanks again!

I took it today and sad to say ran out of time.  I'm still depressed.  The simulations got me.  I did pracite exams all day Tuesday (took day off work also).  I would suggest that you time your practice exams.
