Because I used to work for the State of Florida and I live here too, expect up to 4 weeks for any thing to get done. Usually licensing goes by faster but this is Florida.

Five months? Did she verify that they received her paperwork? It does not take that long to receive eligibility status. Did they send her some thing saying that she is missing a qualification, such as a class? That's weird.
