Hey - this may be a dumb question but- what do you mean sent my application . I recently passed (received score 3rd week in June). Am I supposed to send something in - or will something come in the mail for me to fill out and return.

note: I have >150 with Masters - and have done my testing here in NJ and plan to get licensed here as well.

Yes, I believe there is a form you will need to fill in.  You can get it online or if you wait a few weeks, they'll send it to you with your congratulatory letter.

At least that's the NY process.

I am in Virginia but this information helps. So ONLY Active CPAs MUST sign the qualifying experience form.

Ah, I have worked at 3 companies within last 5 years, but no one on staff was CPA.  I did not think I would take CPA exams so I didn't think about it that carefully.  I should look for a job that has REAL-CPA on staff and build another year of experience to get my license. Thanks for the information.
