I don't think they have time to run work history, they simply compare what you have listed on the application to the statements you have submited.

For example, you list 3 companies, you should have 3 statements.

I only listed the related experiences and provided them the support (statements of experiences).

I believe that's what they care about. They won't be interesting in my experience as a pub owner!

Besides, the statement of experience need to be certified by a CPA. I couldn't find any CPA in my pub!

They delayed my application because they couldn't match one of companies. I listed the old company name but the new name was shown on the letterhead of transmission letter. They sent me a letter stated the reason. Since I didn't want to re-submit my application, I asked the HR to provide me another letter to explain the name change along with a new statement of employment.

If your application was delayed, you should have a letter from them. If you didn't have any notice from them, you should call.

If it's late than 2 months, you should call and be really really polite to whoever answers the call.

Can anyone guide me for Ehics exam?

I have to do 4 CPE for Law & Ethics in order to get my licence number. NJ board gave me list of website who offer couses for Law & Ethics but they all are in class & since I live in FL I cannot do in class couse in NJ.

Does anyone know online couse or CD version for Law & Ethics??

I am not quiet understanding your question. Are you asking how to pass Ethics exam? or how to take the required orientation course?

I saw your pass scores, so I assume you are asking how to take the course.

It's not allowed to take the orientation course (Law & Ethics) online.

You are correct I was talking abt Law & Ethics course, you need to do after you apply for a licence. I thought its an exam after 4 hour of course.

Which Ethic exam you are talking about, if not the course??

It's a good news to know you can take it online even though it's too late for me. I didn't do it online which was also according to the instruction from NJ board (Mrs. Robinson). I guess the rule changed.
