Truthfully, you don't even need to do the course to pass the exam.  I just went through the study guide and looked up all the answers to the test and got a 100%.

I had the CD version because Illinois offers the AICPA course for half off through the IL CPA society and they only have the CD to my knowledge.  But, the CD comes with a PDF version of the study guide.  I was able to find the majority of the answers in the printed study guide and within the AICPA Code of Conduct.

Hello Guys:

I have a question. I am an international CPA candidate and need to know if the ethics exam will be usefull to me knowing that I do not intend to work in the US or maintain the CPA license. I only need the CPA certificate to be promoted in my career. I am applying in the New Hampshire Board of Accountancy.
